Half Marathon Clinic

Duration: 12 weeks

Prerequisites

Must be able to run 10km comfortably 
Must have run 50km+ per week for the last month
Must have run a half marathon in the last 2 years
MUST be motivated to train hard

You've covered or raced the half marathon distance! BUT you want to get faster.

This 12 week online program will not only get you faster, but will also educate you

in the best practices for optimizing training and performing at your best. 

Included in this 12 week clinic are all the principles of training we've learned over the

years from our teammates and world class coaches. With short video lectures, we cover

everything from recovery curves to basic technical drill breakdowns, running nutrition and more!

This educational clinic is everything we wish we had learned before we started running.

What's included in this clinic: 
- Short video lectures on the fundamental training principles of successful distance runners

that you can apply to your training right NOW! 
- A structured, progressive 12 week training plan to get you to the start line HEALTHY & FIT
- All your training paces calculated for you so you never have to guess how hard to run easy days or workouts
- The guidance of coaches and athletes who have run the half marathon at a high level

(Sarah and Ron are both 1:10 half marathoners) 
- Communicate with other runners doing this same 12 week build with you
- Feel free to organize socially distanced runs amongst yourselves
