Run Your First Half Marathon Clinic
Duration: 12 weeks
Start Date: Monday, April 12th, 2021
End Date: Sunday, July 4th, 2021 (Time Trial)

- You can run 6km comfortably
- You can commit to running 4-6 times per week
(Time commitment: 4-7 hours per week)
- You have run 24km+ per week for the last month
- You are ready to work hard and motivated to take on the half marathon!!!

distance runners that you can apply to your training right NOW!
- A structured, progressive 12 week training plan to get you to the start line HEALTHY & FIT
- All your training paces calculated for you so you never have to guess how
hard to run easy days or workouts
- The guidance of coaches and athletes who have run the half marathon at a high level
(Sarah and Ron are both 1:10 half marathoners)
- Communicate with other runners doing this same 12 week build with you
- Feel free to organize socially distanced runs amongst yourselves
